Guest Rooms:
We offer two comfortable bedrooms for your pleasure - the River Room and the Garden Room. Each has its own private bathroom and are furnished with for practical use and comfort. Both rooms offer excellent views of the river and the back gardens.
- The River Room is decorated with blue and green and
has a boating motif. In that room, the bathroom is attached as a suite.
The eastern view beholds the river, the wooded flood plain, and the
kitchen/herb garden. The flow of the river rustles through an open window.
Greet the morning sunshine for a glorious day.
A flat screen television is provided in this room for your comfort with advanced basic cable channels. - River Room- $95

The queen sized bed has 300 count sheets and throw
pillows. In the bathrooms, there are comfortable towel sets and individually
packaged soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and lotion. Self-service laundry
facilities are offered and an iron/ironing board is located conveniently
for guest use. Each room has a writing desk and chair along with local
guide information and a list of restaurants. The rooms also have large
closets, chests, ceiling fans, and alarm clocks. A fax machine is available
for use, as well as a wireless Internet connection throughout the property.
Room Rates: Tax includes 7% state sales tax and 5% county innkeepers tax.
Breakfast: (Served 7:30 - 9 a.m.)
The selection for breakfast will include traditional country cooking, such as eggs, turkey bacon or sausage, toast, pancakes; an assortment of fruit; cold cereals or oatmeal; and juice, coffee, or tea.
For a hot breakfast, you will be given a menu the evening before and asked to make selections for a specific time in the morning. Guests who need to leave early, before 7 a.m. will be provided a continental or cold breakfast with coffee, tea, or juice.
Amenities:
As a bed and breakfast, we offer traditional amenities. Water will be provided in the rooms and in the refrigerator in the breakfast area. A refridgerator, coffee-maker, and microwave are provided for your use. Wake-up service is also offered. We serve business people, couples, and single adults visiting Muncie and surrounding areas on business or pleasure.
The home is equipped with safety features. A backup generator serves to ensure that we will not lose power to the well, heat, and septic systems, as well as refrigerator or oven. The home has a security system supported by Consumer Security Systems that has a direct line to reach both the sheriff office and the fire department in case of emergency.
