Policies
- Check in at 3 p.m. and Check out at 11 a.m.
- Breakfast - a menu will be provided upon your arrival for breakfast the following morning. Please return it to us by 8 p.m. so that we can honor your selection.

Please do not smoke inside River Gardens B&B. Smoking is allowed outside.Guests may not permitted to bring pets, since we have a cat and a dog and they may not get along. Call to ask.
- We provide a safe and comfortable place to stay. Please act appropriately and be courteous of others. No illegal substances allowed.

Reservations: Please call or email for reservations. In order to hold the room, half of the estimated room cost is required at time of reservation.Checks and credit cards (Master Card and Visa) are accepted

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 3 days in advance for any refund. If cancellation is made after that, the downpayment will not be refunded. If no downpayment is made, then the person making the reservation is responsible for the full amount paid within 20 days.
- Extended Stays: Guests are welcome to stay for up to 30 days.

Room Rates: Tax is 7% state sales tax and 5% county innkeepers tax.
- River Room- $95 + tax
- Garden Room - $85 + tax

Business traveler rates available for 3 or more night stays.
State employee travel rate available.
- Green and Environmentally Friendly features - Compact fluorescent lightbulbs, composting, recycling, and more.
- Safety features. A backup generator serves to ensure that we will not lose power to the well, heat, and septic systems, as well as refrigerator or oven.
- Security system - please follow our instructions about using the security system otherwise the alarm will sound.
